The 4 month build

Week 1 · Kickoff Call

A 45-minute private strategy call

We go deep on your core, your current Instagram, and the parents you want to reach, then map your entire 4 month plan together. This call sets the direction for everything that follows and makes every coaching and feedback afterwards compound.

Weeks 1–2 · Clarity Pentagon

Lock your positioning

You do

  • Complete 3 personalized questionnaires that mine your values, principles, journey, method and results
  • Finalize your new bio and profile using our structure

We do

  • Review every answer and every draft closely
  • Text or voice-note feedback until your positioning is sharp
  • Help you lock-in your finished Brand Bible
Outcome: a profile a parent gets in 5 seconds, and a document you work from for years.
Weeks 3–4 · Signal Sequence

Your first content goes live

You do

  • Record and post your first 6 pieces with the new positioning
  • Set up your DM automation enquiry flow using our step-by-step guide

  • Review each script and hook before you post
  • Walk you through the automation setup
  • Read the early signals with you
Outcome: your first real market test, often your first enquiries, inside the first month.
Weeks 5–10 · Content BLOOM

Build the repeatable engine

  • Write, record, edit and post on the agreed cadence

  • Send you prompts and content angles
  • Teach you our HIVA scripting method (Hook, Interest, Value, Action)

Coaching questions

Honest answers

Will I actually have time to do this myself?

The system is built around a busy therapy day, not on top of it, typically a focused weekend content session will do along with some evenings. If you genuinely cannot spare that, the Done-With-You or Done-For-You tiers exist for exactly that reason.

What if I am not good at writing or editing?

You do not write from scratch. You voice-dump in your natural voice and we teach you to shape it with the HIVA method. Editing is kept deliberately simple, and the slightly human feel outperforms glossy content, especially when it's made for parents.

Why text or voice-note review instead of weekly calls?

Because fixed weekly calls fail the moment a child's session runs over. Sending your work as text or voice note means you get personal feedback fast, on your own schedule, often sharper than anything a quick group call could give you.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, 3 × ₹33,000 monthly, or ₹95,000 paid in full for the full 4 months.

What happens after the 4 months?

Many practitioners continue into an ongoing arrangement so we keep building momentum together, but by then you will genuinely be able to run the system yourself, which is the whole point.
